24-day Challenge - Day 1

Today is the first day of my second 24-day Challenge. I'm excited to lose the weight I put on since the last challenge and then some. 

Prep: This weekend I did a ton of laundry and cleaned out a good portion of my friend and cleaned my kitchen. It's much easier to cook for myself when I have a clean kitchen. 

Took my Catalyst and Spark Fruit Punch on the way to work. Made and drank the Fiber Drink around 10:00a. 

Breakfast: Two hard-boiled eggs with salt and pepper. 

Snack: Handful of Natural Almonds. 

Lunch: Salad with turkey, carrots, black olives, and Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing. 

Snack: Apple pieces, more Catalyst and another Spark. 

Not sure what's for dinner, but I have chicken and green beans. 

I have to say that I'm craving chocolate more than I did last time. It could be the cookies sitting near my cubicle at work. I also have a very small headache. Guess that just means I need to drink more water. 

I also need to schedule to use my voucher for Four Pole-Dancing classes. Yep, you read that correctly. Only live once, right?
